Hi Alex,
Sorry to hear this. It sounds like the board was damaged. Did you make any changes? What do you have connected? What was happening when it failed?
All you can really do is disconnect everything from KFLOP and apply only +5V power. If the LEDS don't flash then the board is bad and you will need to send it to us for analysis and repair. It is important to find out what happened or it is likely to happen again.

Hi Alex,
You might as well send both boards. Any possibility you shorted or miswired something on Kanalog JP12? That connector has all the supplies +15, -15, +5, 3.3, Analog signals, IO, etc... Shorts have a good chance of damage.
